Sustainable Energy for 300.000 households
The Arcadis Ost 1 project will have a capacity of 247 MW and be able to deliver sustainable power to approximately 300.000 German households. The Arcadis Ost 1 project is scheduled to be fully commissioned in 2023.
Full Detailed Design of the Topside
We have delivered the full detailed design for the topside structure of the substation. The Arcadis OST 1 is able to deliver 247 MW of low-cost produced sustainable power. We hawe been in charge of the full range of engineering disciplines for the substation.
General Description of the Project
The offshore wind farm is located in the German Baltic Sea around 19 km from the island of Rugen. The wind farm is expected to start delivering power in 2023. The topside will be supported by a jacket located on a water depth of 43.7 meters. ISC is a sub-contractor to Bladt Industries and will deliver the engineering disciplines for the substation.
Update: The substation has been installed in June 2022
