The CSC project phase 2 is an important component in the growth plan “Expanding CPH” which will ensure an increase in the airport’s capacity going from a capacity of 25 million passengers, allowing 40 million passengers through on a yearly basis.

The CSC project phase 2 included reconstruction and expansion of CPH’s land-based facilities. The security control has been expanded now counting a total of 24 security tracks instead of 20. Moreover, existing commercial facilities located at the ground floor have been expanded also including a technical facility basement and a staffroom located at the 3rd floor.

The area of the project counts 10.000 square meters which have been reconstructed and rebuild. The project was carried out as a combination of major contracts and smaller contracts. It gradually started operating during the summer of 2017.

ISC was the main contractor of the CPH Airport project. The project was carried out in collaboration with Holm & Grut Arkitekter and Spangenberg & Madsen as subcontractors to ISC.
