Project Assistant to Offshore Wind

Are you a pro-active problem solver who gets motivated by teamwork? Would you like to work on international projects? Then we need you to strengthen our Offshore Wind department, as we are looking for a Project Assistant (PA) to keep track of our large-scale renewable projects.

International projects

You will use your skills and knowledge to assist the project management within our division of Renewable Energy, both during the tender- and execution phases.

The role involves PA support on:

  • General management activities (document controlling etc.)
  • Project activities such as Progress reports, time schedules or other project management tasks on large offshore renewable projects
  • Tender development for clients within the renewables division.

Your qualifications

As a person, we expect you to have a strong drive and take the initiative and responsibility for your assignments. In addition, you get motivated by creating excellent results through teamwork. In addition, we expect you to have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in communication, management or similar
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Danish, both orally and in writing
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with clients and other consultants effectively
  • A high degree of personal planning and ability to meet deadlines
  • Pro-active problem solver that works well both independently and in teams and with good cooperative skills
  • Thrive in an international environment, as our projects bring together various employee/client groups, nationalities, cultures, and authorities.

Furthermore, it is advantageous, but not a required, if you have:

  • Excellent communication skills in German, both orally and in writing
  • Former experience as a personal assistant
  • Experience with Microsoft projects or similar time planning tools
  • Experience with Office 365.
